The Fourth certificate distribution ceremony has been organized by Gems and Jewellery Training and Manufacturing Centre (GJTMC) Quetta at Officers Club Quetta 26th July 2016. The Ceremony was organized to award certificates to the passed out students of the training programs held at GJTMC Quetta in collaboration with NAVTTC. In addition, the students of regular training programs organized by GJTMC Quetta were also awarded certificates. Ms. Raheela Hameed Khan Durrani – Speaker Balochistan Assembly is the Chief Guest of the Ceremony.
The Gems and Jewellery Training and Manufacturing Centre Quetta is a project of Pakistan Gems and Jewellery Development Company (PGJDC) whose aim is to provide state-of-the-art training on modern Gems and Jewellery Machinery and equipment to the students from Quetta and adjoining areas of Balochistan Province.
While speaking during the ceremony, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company shed light upon the performance and achievements of the Company especially in Quetta and in Balochistan Province as a whole. They said that it is due to the concerted efforts of the Company that the local sector is enlightened about latest trends and techniques for Gems and Jewellery product development prevailing in the modern world today.
Ms. Raheela Hameed Durrani appreciated the efforts of the Company for the development and uplift of the sector in Balochistan and in the Country as a whole. She emphasized that the management of PGJDC should continue its efforts for the development of the sector so that this sector could play its vital role in improving the economic condition of the Country. She urged the local sector to get state-of-the-art training on modern machinery and equipment under supervision of well qualified instructors of GJTMC Quetta. She also ensured her complete support to the Company in all its future endeavors.
